Payments made through the Website may be processed via authorised third-party payment providers. Competition entry payments are processed via Cashflows Europe Limited. Other transactions on the Website may be processed via Stripe using Stripe Connect.

Plate Seller Ltd does not store full payment card details. Payment transactions are handled securely by the relevant payment provider in accordance with their own terms and security standards.

Plate Seller Ltd is not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of third-party payment providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plate Seller Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
